Before doing anything please read my Terms of Service first!

Please read this carefully before ordering a commission.

◇ General ◇
◆ I still maintain all the rights to my works. This includes publishing it on my socials, portfolio and self-promotion.
◈ I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time.
◈ Please be patient, my drawings may sometimes take a while, but feel free to check in for progress.◆ These commissions are EXCLUSIVE with my art style only.◇ Personal & Commercial use ◇
◆ The commission is for personal use only, you can't reproduce it or make any profit of it.
◈ For commercial use, please contact me.
◈ You can post the commission in your social media, as long you credit me: @Rickytwork.◆ I DO NOT consent my art being used for AI software or NFT.
◆ Do not copy, trace, redistribute or use my work without permission.◇ Additional Fees ◇
I may charge extra for:◈ Having to design a character myself.
◈ Making changes that require significant effort to your commission after it is already finished.
◈ Complexity and Details.
◈ Commercial Use.◇ Payment ◇
◈ The currency here is in Euros, so be mindful of foreign exchange rates.
◈ Payment is upfront via Kofi (Which uses Paypal, VISA, Mastercard and more).◈ I won't start working until the full payment is done.
◈ I won't accept any refunds if I have already started working.
◈ Please be sure that you REALLY want to commission me, will guide me in the right direction of what you want for your order, and trust the quality of my work.◈ Tipping it's not required, but if you want to tip me to support more, I don't mind it!◇ How to Proceed ◇
◈ Fill out the respective form for your commission type on Kofi.
◈ If you are planning to make a turnaround, reference sheet, PNGTuber, Emotes or Stickers please contact me.
◈ You can request the artwork without contacting me (and with this you trust me with the work being done without any modifications).
◈ Contact: Email me to [email protected] or alternatively use the Kofi DMs or Instagram.◈ Provide clear reference (that can be any image, from photos to other drawings). If you don't have any visual reference of your character, you can use a character creator to get as close to the design as possible and elaborate on any of the missing or inaccurate details. If you want to rely on a description only, it's fine. References helps to get a better idea of what you want, so it can be less stressful on the both of us.◈ You can ask for any changes during the sketch phase, after that any changes will have additional fees. (It requires we are both in contact).
◈ Once I finish your commission, I'll send it to you via email.
◆ Reminder this is a paid service for a digital product.
