Payment
◈ I will start working after receiving the correct payment on what you asked.
◈ I live in Europe, Italy, so the currency here is in Euros, so be mindful of foreign exchange rates.
◈ I won't accept refunds if I have already started working, expect of an emergency cancellation on my end.
◈ Please be sure that you REALLY want to commission me, will guide me in the right direction of what you want for your order, and trust the quality of my work.
◈ Tipping it's not required, but if you want to tip me to support more, I don't mind it!
 
Inquiries
◈ For contact, please email me to [email protected] or alternatively you can DM me on Instagram, Bluesky, Newgrounds.
◈ If you want the drawing without contacting me (and with this you trust me with the work being done without any modifications), fill out the respective form for your commission type on Kofi.
◈ Provide clear reference (that can be any image, from photos to other drawings). If you don't have any visual reference of your character, you can use a character creator to get as close to the design as possible and elaborate on any of the missing or inaccurate details. If you want to rely on a description only, it's fine. References helps to get a better idea of what you want, so it can be less stressful on the both of us.
◈ You can ask for any changes during the sketch, after that any changes will have additional fees. (It requires we are both in contact).
◈ If you are planning to make a turnaround or a reference sheet, please contact me.
◈ These commissions are EXCLUSIVE with my art style and nothing else. If you are looking for a different type of art style, I am sorry, but it would be better for you to search somewhere else.
◈ I do not consent my art being used for AI Training, by doing so you are violating the copyright laws.
◈ My work is for private use only, if you are planning to post it somewhere or use it for your social media, please credit me with @Rickytwork.
◈ As an artist, I still maintain all rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials or adding it as a part of my portfolio.
 
Additional Fees
I may charge extra for:
◈ Having to design a character myself.
◈ Be patient, I am fast enough to make a drawing under 4–6 hours (or more, it depends on the complexity), but if you want to prioritize your commission over the others. There is an expedition fee starting at €8.
◈ Making changes that require significant effort to your commission after it is already finished.
◈ Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand with the commissioner (it will have a higher price in that case).
